2 cups frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen magno
1/2 cup frozen passionfruit pulp
2 tablespoons mint
1 lime (juice and zest)
Wash chop and freeze your fresh fruit. Then place into the food processor and blitz until smooth, pour into a bowl, top with your favourite nuts, seeds or a sprinkle of grated 85% dark chocolate and a sprig of mint – delish!
Or pour into some ice block moulds and freeze for later to surprise the little ones.
