COMMITMENTS
Your commitment to yourself:
- No alcohol
- No dairy (you may have ghee which is clarified butter)
- No grains (rice, pasta, bread, oats, quinoa)
- No sugar (nothing refined – you may have fresh fruits)
- No soft drinks, not diet drinks, no sports drinks or energy drinks (Red bull, V or Mother)
- 2-3 litres of water each day
- Do cook with coconut oil or ghee and use olive oil on your salads
- Herbal tea
- Mineral water and soda water
- Just move! 5 days a week either here at Kaizen (you pay for these classes if not already a member) or your choice of activity 1 hour per day minimum
