COMMITMENTS

Your commitment to yourself:

  • No alcohol
  • No dairy (you may have ghee which is clarified butter) 
  • No grains (rice, pasta, bread, oats, quinoa)
  • No sugar (nothing refined – you may have fresh fruits)
  • No soft drinks, not diet drinks, no sports drinks or energy drinks (Red bull, V or Mother)
  • 2-3 litres of water each day
  • Do cook with coconut oil or ghee and use olive oil on your salads
  • Herbal tea
  • Mineral water and soda water
  • Just move!  5 days a week either here at Kaizen (you pay for these classes if not already a member) or your choice of activity  1 hour per day minimum
