Green Go Go

makes 3-4 glasses

ingredients

1 cup spinach leaves
½ cup cucumber
½ cup celery
1 whole lemon (take off zest)
1 knob of ginger
½ avocado
chilled filtered water or coconut water–just enough to cover ingredients in the blender
cayenne pepper – for the topping

method

Chop up whole ingredients to small pieces. Add all ingredients to your blender, top with chilled filtered water or coconut water and a couple of ice cubes. Blend until all ingredients are smooth. Pour into your favourite glass or jar and top a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
