Chia Pudding

ingredients
1 cup of coconut milk or almond milk
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Topping – your choice of passionfruit, fresh berries, coconut yogurt or sliced banana
method
In a glass or glass jar add chia seeds and cinnamon, top with coconut milk and stir well until seeds and powder are combined. Put into the fridge. Take out and stir a few times, leave in the fridge to set over night. Add your favorite fresh berries, passionfruit and some coconut yogurt or sliced banana. Breakfast is served!
