What you receive from taking part in the challenge
- Nutritional counselling with Suse – 3 hours one on one in total!!!
(First consultation is 1 hour 30 mins) a complete evaluation and holistic look at your health. This initial consultation includes a full review of all body systems, a personal and family medical history, historical look at your diet , weight and measurements are taken, nutraceuticals are prescribed if required (additional investment) - Follow up consultations (45 mins x 2) we review your treatment plan; we check your weight and measurements. This is your chance to ask questions and discuss your progress and how you are feeling on your health journey during the challenge
- Kombucha fermentation class at Kaizen – take home scoby, Kombucca tasting and recipe (1 hour) Week 7 – date/day to be confirmed
- Massage with Lesley from Massage for change at the Kaizen Centre
- A folder given to you with your treatment plan and fantastic recipe booklet with ideas from a qualified chef
- 8 weeks of cook nourish heal food and mood plans (this includes: food/mood/digestion/water/movement) record daily and bring to your consultations with Suse
- Your treatment plan – that has been tried and tested on previous challenge team members with great results and feedback (see Facebook videos and testimonials)
- Educational weekly video on health: topics include nutrition, exercise tips, information on vitamins and minerals, gut health and more
- Access to the 8-week challenge closed face book group.

- No grains (wheat/rice/oats/barley/popcorn/spelt/rice or corn crackers/millet/buckwheat/pasta/breads/crackers/bulgar cracked wheat
- No pseudo grains (quinoa)
- No dairy
- No soft drinks, not diet drinks, no sports drinks or energy drinks (Red Bull, V or Mother)
- No coffee after 11am – (yes you can have your coffee in the morning but not beyond mid-morning).
